KiraftLand is an AI-powered creative workspace that provides tools for image generation, prompt engineering, vision analysis, and visual pipeline creation. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content.
You must register an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
AI generations consume tokens. Tokens can be purchased through our payment provider (Stripe). All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Token balances do not expire.
You retain ownership of the prompts you create and the images generated through the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
